Report a safety or conduct concern
Tell us about a scam, threat, unsafe or illegal job, exploitation, privacy problem or other serious concern connected with Nimtask. You can report while signed out.
Immediate danger is not handled through this form.
Call 999 in an emergency. If you believe a child is at immediate risk, contact the police or the appropriate child-protection service. Do not confront a suspected offender.
What happens after a report
A person reviews the report. We may preserve relevant evidence, restrict content or accounts, contact the people involved, or refer information to an appropriate authority. A report does not automatically remove content or prove wrongdoing.
Use the right route
Use Report a problem / request refund on the paid job page. That pauses payout and links the issue to the transaction.
Use Report this review beside the review so the moderator receives the correct review record.
Never share passwords, one-time security codes or full card details. Only allow screen or device access you understand and can end yourself. Stop the session and report it if someone pressures you to install unexpected software, move money or hide what they are doing.
If the form is unavailable, email support@nimtask.co.uk. Include the page or job reference and enough detail to locate the issue, but do not email passwords or full payment-card details.
