Cookie and browser-storage notice
Version: 3 September 2026
This notice explains how Sandis Niedritis trading as Nimtask uses cookies and similar browser storage on this website.
What is used now
Nimtask currently uses only storage that is necessary to operate and secure the service. This includes Supabase authentication/session storage so signed-in users stay signed in and Vercel or security-provider storage that may be used for request integrity, abuse prevention, load balancing or protected access. The precise cookie or local-storage key can change when those providers update their security systems.
The job-posting form may temporarily keep unfinished non-budget job details and form choices in session storage for the current browser tab. The private maximum is not stored in the draft and must be entered again after leaving the page. This lets the remaining draft survive reloads and a same-tab sign-in flow without making it generally available to other tabs. The draft is not advertising tracking and is removed after a successful post, when you discard it, or when you close the tab.
No optional advertising or analytics storage
Nimtask does not currently set optional advertising, cross-site tracking, personalisation or audience-analytics cookies. Because no optional cookies are currently used, there is no optional-cookie consent banner to accept or reject.
Necessary storage
Necessary storage supports sign-in, account security, fraud prevention, payment-flow integrity, administrator protection, saved user choices and basic service delivery. Blocking it in your browser may prevent sign-in, job posting, payment or other core features from working.
If this changes
Before introducing non-essential cookies or similar technologies, Nimtask will update this notice and provide an appropriate consent choice. Optional storage will not be activated before the required consent.
Your controls
You can remove cookies and site storage through your browser settings. This may sign you out and delete an unfinished job draft. Closing the posting tab or choosing “Discard draft” also removes that tab's draft. For questions, contact support@nimtask.co.uk.
