Accepting a quote does not charge you. You pay in a separate secure checkout before work starts.
What would I pay?
For example: a £25 worker quote + £12.50 service fee = £37.50 for the customer. The worker receives £25.

These are example quote amounts, not fixed prices for particular tasks. The minimum fee makes up a larger share of smaller jobs.

12.5% of the first £280 of the worker quote, plus 10% only on the amount above £280. You pay the calculated fee or the minimum, whichever is higher.
The fee helps cover payment processing, marketplace support and handling refunds and disputes. It is not insurance and does not change your cancellation or refund rights.

How fees and quote limits work
Above £280, the fee keeps growing, but becomes a smaller percentage of the worker quote. There is no flat service-fee cap.
Worker quotes can be £5–£5,000, before Nimtask’s fee. Workers enter the amount they want to receive; the fee is added to the customer’s total.
At that amount, the Nimtask service fee is £507.00 and the customer sees £5,507.00 total—all Nimtask fees included. The worker receives £5,000.00.

Keep your quoted job amount. Enter what you want to receive and preview the customer’s all-inclusive total before submitting. Nimtask does not deduct its service fee from your job amount.
