Create and confirm your accountYou must be 18 or over to join Nimtask. Enter your details, agree to the Terms and linked notices, then confirm your email.
Post a job for freeDescribe the task, add your location and timing, and give a price estimate or choose Open to Quotes.
Compare and accept a quoteNo hidden fees: check the worker’s profile, ask any questions and review the worker’s price, Nimtask’s fee and the full customer total. Accepting selects your worker without charging you.
Pay securely before work startsPay in the separate Stripe checkout. The worker’s quoted amount is not transferred to them at checkout.
Check the work and release paymentWhen the agreed work is finished, confirm completion to release the worker payment. You can then leave a review.

If there is a problem, report it before payment release begins to pause the worker payment for review. Read how payments and disputes work.

Create and confirm your accountYou must be 18 or over to join Nimtask. Choose to find work, enter your details and confirm your email. One Nimtask account also lets you hire help.
Complete your worker and payout setupSave your skills, work area and provider details, then complete Stripe’s required payout setup before sending quotes.
Find a job and send your quoteBrowse local or remote jobs. Explain the work you’ll do and send a fixed quote that includes every unavoidable charge.
Wait for payment, then do the workAfter the customer chooses your quote, use the job chat to agree the details. Wait for confirmed payment and the agreed start time.
Request completion and payment releaseWhen the agreed work is done, request the customer’s review and payment release. The customer confirms completion.
Manage your earnings and bank payoutsTrack your payment in Earnings & payouts. Stripe clearing, verification and bank payout timing apply. You can also review the customer.

Browsing and sending quotes are free. The customer pays Nimtask’s service fee. See worker fees and payouts.
